Registration

Sienna Fastpitch Softball Association (SFSA) is a 100% volunteer run organization.  Each season, volunteer parents are hard at work growing SFSA’s Girls Fast Pitch league!

Sponsorships are the major lifeline for SFSA and we deeply appreciate your financial support to ensure the success of our league.  Funds raised through Fall and Spring sponsorship drives help with the leagues maintenance and equipment fees.

SFSA is a 501(c) (3) organization, all contributions made by you and your company are tax deductible in accordance with IRS regulations governing non-profit organizations.

SFSA offers several divisions (6U / 8U / 10U / 12U / 14U) for girls to learn softball skills and apply new concepts as they grow. Registration can be completed in the link above through TeamSnap. The following information should be provided during the registration process:

  • Player's name, age, birthday, and copy of birth certificate
  • Parent/Guardian contact information and address
  • Player's jersey size, top 3 jersey numbers, and applicable defensive experience
  • Parent/Guardian volunteer election (coach and assistant coach)
  • Comments for player availability or schedule conflicts

 

Fees for the 2024 softball seasons are listed below:

  • 6U - $180
  • 8U & UP - $240

 

Fully registered players will receive detailed email a few days prior to the scheduled season evaluation (see Timelines) with instructions and times to attend.

Refunds will only be given prior to the season evaluations. After evaluations are completed, no refunds will be given. We do offer insurance to cover the cost of registration if a player can no longer attend due to the covered reasons as noted during registration in TeamSnap.

Late registrants will be placed on a waiting list and only added to teams if room permits.
