Spring Registration Opens December 18th
Early Registration ends on January 1st (for every 50 registrants, there will be a drawing for a $400+ composite bat)
Spring Registration Ends - Wednesday, January 22nd
Spring Evaluations - Saturday, January 25th
Team Drafts - Sunday, January 26th
Practices Start - Week of February 3rd
Opening Game Day - Saturday, February 22nd
End of Season - TBD
All Star Season is May thru the end of June
Fall 2024 Timeline
Fall registration opens on July 15th
Early registration ends on July 31st (for every 50 registrants, there will be a drawing for a $400+ composite bat)
Registration ends on August 21st
Fall Evaluations are tentatively scheduled for Saturday August 24th
Practices will start in late August with games starting mid September
Season ends in November before schools let out for Thanksgiving break
Season Schedule
Once teams are drafted, practices should be loaded into TeamSnap within a few days with practices typically starting a week after evaluations. Coaches will get parent input to determine which days and times work best for all players.
Games will be loaded into TeamSnap two weeks after evaluations and games typically start 3 to 4 weeks after practices start. SFSA's goal is to have 8 to 10 games in the Fall season with 10 to 12 games in the Spring season. At the completion of each season, all teams will participate in divisional playoffs which are scheduled the week following the last regular season games.
Fall season ends before the start of school Thanksgiving break and Spring season ends before school starts Summer break.
